Several investors are prepared to invest a total of around 1.5 billion euros in the course of the next three years in the development of wind energy facilities in Greece, with total capacity of over 1,400 MW.
The majority of these investment projects are planned by the ten largest renewable energy players in the Greek market, including Terna, Eltech Anemos, Protergia, PPC Renewables, Enel, EDF, Iberdola Rokas, Eren, Elika and RF Energy, or smaller companies which aim to establish partnerships with the abovementioned majors.
