Alexandroupoli offshore wind projects received priority status – Greece, 03 March 2023

Offshore wind farms planned as a pilot program off the coast of Alexandroupoli in northeastern Greece will be developed through an EU go-to-areas formula designed to accelerate green-energy project development as a means of ending Europe’s reliance on natural gas as soon as possible.
