BDZ Passengers, a unit of Bulgarian state-owned railways operator BDZ Holding has launched a tender for a three-year electricity supply contract worth some 28 million euros.
According to tender documentation, the contract envisages the supply of 450,840 MWh of electricity in the next three years,
