CEZ agreed to sell 50 % in its Turkish joint venture – Turkey, 08 August 2022

Czech energy company CEZ said that it has agreed the sale of its 50 % stake in Turkish electricity distributor AKCEZ, a joint venture with local company AKKOK, to Torunlar Group. The transaction is now subject to approval by the Turkish antitrust authority and the local energy regulator.
