Coal exports doubled in 2022 – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 02 September 2022

Due to an energy crisis, coal exports from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) doubled in the first seven months of 2022 and amounted to 206.7 million tons worth over 15 million euros.

In the first seven months of the year, the majority of exported coal went to Serbia. Namely, BiH exported 14.4 million
