Competition Council approved EC Oltenia, ALRO joint venture plans – Romania, 15 June 2023

Romanian Competition Council announced that it has approved a plan of coal-based electricity producer Energy Complex (EC) Oltenia and aluminium producer ALRO to establish a company that will build a natural gas-fired power plant in the southern county of Dolj.
