Court suspended TPP Ugljevik 3 project – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 28 July 2023

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska (RS) made a decision to halt the procedure for issuing an environmental permit for the project for the construction of coal-fired thermal power plant Ugljevik 3.
