DEPA-Shell agreement awaiting Competition Committee approval – Greece, 18 September 2018

The Greek Competition Committee has decided to conduct a full investigation of proposed agreement between Greek Public Gas Corporation (DEPA) and Shell on the sale of Shell’s stake in gas supply and distribution companies.
