Dogan acquired 70 % stake in SIGDA – Bulgaria, 13 September 2018

Leader of the Bulgarian DPS party Ahmed Dogan has acquired 70 % stake in logistics company SIGDA, which has bought thermal power plant Varna from CEZ last year.

SIGDA was previously 100 % owned by Ivelina and Stanislav Papazov, daughter and son of former Bulgarian Minister of Transportation Danai
