EFET requires ANRE to allow PPAs for a period less than one year – Romania, 09 March 2020

The European Federation of Electricity Traders (EFET) sent a letter to Romanian National Energy Regulatory Authority, stating that the way in which the regulator wants to legislate long-term contracts, which it defines as being for more than a year, violates European law.
