ELCEN to install solar panels at its thermal units – Romania, 22 August 2023

Thermal energy producer Electrocentrale Bucharest (ELCEN) has launched a tender for a contract worth some 9,000 euros for the development of a feasibility study aimed at installing solar panels at its Progresu, Grozavesti, and Bucuresti Vest thermal power plants.
