ELCEN will go bankrupt if reorganization plan is not adopted – Romania, 07 September 2018

The Mayor of Bucharest Gabriela Firea said that heat and electricity producer ELCEN will go bankrupt unless the reorganization plan is not adopted at the next creditor’s meeting, scheduled for 24 September, with disastrous consequences for the heating system of Romania’s capital.
