EPBiH to pay 16.4 million euros to Strabag in arbitration – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 07 February 2022

Austrian Strabag has won a dispute before the International Arbitration Court in Brussels, according to which state-owned power utility EPBiH is obliged to pay compensation in the amount of 16.4 million euros.

The arbitration procedure was initiated by Strabag over the construction of hydropower
