EPCG to own 100 % capital in Gvozd wind farm project company – Montenegro, 29 October 2021

Montenegrin state-owned power utility EPCG has signed a shareholder agreement with Austrian Ivicom Holding on joining the project company Green Gvozd which is developing wind farm Gvozd. According to the agreement, EPCG will own 100 % of project company’s capital.
