E.ON increased stakes in Elmu and Emasz via mandatory offer – Hungary, 10 December 2019

The local subsidiary of German E.ON has raised its stakes in regional electricity distributors Elmu and Emasz via mandatory public purchase offers that ran from 7 November until 6 December.
