Electrica in talks on the acquisition of Dorobantu wind farm – Romania, 24 June 2020

Romanian electricity supplier and distributor Electrica is negotiating the acquisition of Romanian energy portfolio of Canadian-based Jade Power Trust.

The most valuable asset in the company’s portfolio is 45 MW Dorobantu wind farm, which was developed and operated by OMV Petrom and later purchas
