Electrica interested in acquisition of CEZ assets in Romania – Romania, 04 July 2019

CEO of Romanian electricity distributor and supplier Electrica Corina Popescu said that the company is interested in the purchase of assets owned by Czech energy company CEZ in Romania, adding that Electrica is also considering entering electricity production segment.
