Electricity consumption dropped by 7.5 % in the first five months of 2023 – Romania, 17 July 2023

According to the data published by the National Institute for Statistics (INS), electricity consumption in Romania in the first five months of 2023 amounted to 20.56 TWh, which is 7.5 % less compared to 2022.

The data shows that industrial electricity consumption reached 15.52 TWh, which is 5.2 %
