Electricity consumption dropped by 8.8 % in Q1 2023 – Romania, 15 May 2023

According to the data published by the National Institute for Statistics (INS), electricity consumption in Romania in the first quarter of 2023 amounted to 12.69 TWh, which is 8.8 % less compared to 2022.

The data shows that industrial electricity consumption reached 9.59 TWh, which is 6.4 % less
