Electricity generation dropped by 17.4 % in 2022 – Slovenia, 10 July 2023

Total electricity generation in Slovenia last year reached 12,192 GWh, which is 15.4 % lower than the previous year. Meanwhile, consumption decreased by 3.8 % to 13,638 GWh. In 2022, Slovenia covered only 70 % of its own needs through domestic production.
