Environmental permit for 240 MW wind project in Thessaly denied – Greece, 10 March 2023

The Greek Government rejected to issue an environmental permit for a project for the construction of seven wind farms with combined installed capacity of 239.6 MW in Thessaly, developed by local company Enercoplan.

The proposal was rejected due to concerns related to the project’s potential impac
