Gas-Res to acquire majority stake in Comsar Energy – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 13 July 2023

State-owned natural gas distributor of the Republic of Srpska (RS) Gas-Res is planning to acquire the majority stake in Comsar Energy RS, a subsidiary of Russian Comsar Energy, which was involved in several large energy projects in RS such as TPP Ugljevik 3 and HPP Mrsovo.
