Geoplin recorded 28 million euros loss in 2022 – Slovenia, 24 January 2023

Slovenian wholesale natural gas supplier Geoplin, a part of energy group Petrol, recorded a 28 million euros loss in 2022 due to the shortage of gas deliveries by its main supplier – Russian Gazprom.

The statement from the group said that Geoplin incurred a 140.3 million euros damage from Gazprom
