HEP completed the acquisition of local gas distributor Darkom – Croatia, 14 June 2021

State-owned power utility HEP, namely its gas distribution subsidiary HEP Plin, bought the gas distribution business of municipal utility company Darkom from Daruvar for some 470,000 euros. Thus, it acquired 166 kilometers of gas distribution network in Bjelovar-Bilogora County.
