HERA issued instructions for the payment of extra income from electricity sales – Croatia, 03 February 2023

After the public hearing, Croatian energy market regulator HERA published the Instructions for the Implementation of the Decree on the Law on emergency intervention to solve the issue of high electricity prices.

The instructions clarify the obligations of those liable to pay excess market income.
