Hidroelectrica valued at 9.4 billion euros after IPO – Romania, 05 July 2023

The initial public offering (IPO) of Romanian electricity producer Hidroelectrica was priced at 21 euros per share, which is in the upper half of the price interval, implying a valuation of 9.4 billion euros for the whole company.
