IBEX to launch Guarantees of Origin market – Bulgaria, 03 February 2023

In an extraordinary issue of the State Gazette, a Law on Amendment and Supplement to the Energy act was promulgated, which sets out the obligation of the license holder for organizing a power exchange in Bulgaria to organize an exchange market of Guarantees of Origin.
