INA to merge its subsidiary INA Jadran – Croatia, 14 October 2019

Croatian oil company INA announced that it has signed a merger agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary INA Jadran.

According to the agreement, INA Jadran will merge into INA. Since the national oil company is the only owner of INA Jadran, the merger does not need the approval of its shareholde
