KMGI seeks higher dividends from Rompetrol Well Services – Romania, 14 April 2021

Kazakh KMG International Group (KMGI), which owns Romanian largest oil refiner Rompetrol Rafinare, has asked its subsidiary Rompetrol Well Services (PTR) to distribute higher dividend for 2020, by including some of the reserves in the payout.
