Lukoil denies claims of smuggling activities at its Rosenets oil terminal – Bulgaria, 20 July 2023

Lukoil Neftochim Burgas, the operator of Bulgaria’s sole oil refinery and the subsidiary of Russian oil giant Lukoil, denied claims that the company is involved in smuggling and other violations of regulations at its Rosenets oil terminal.
