MET Renewables to acquire Enel Green Power Bulgaria – Bulgaria, 17 November 2020

Bulgarian Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) said that Swiss-based MET Renewables has submitted a request for the approval of its acquisition of 100 % capital of Enel Green Power Bulgaria.

Enel Green Power Bulgaria, a subsidiary of Italian Enel Green Power, operates 14 wind turbin
