MOL completed the takeover of OMV Slovenia – Slovenia, 30 June 2023

Another acquisition in the retail fuel sector in central Europe has been completed. Namely, Hungarian oil and gas company MOL has concluded the transaction of acquiring a stake in the Slovenian subsidiary of the Austrian OMV. As a result, Croatian INA will increase its stake in the Slovenian company
