NEK started HPP Sestrimo rehabilitation – Bulgaria, 01 February 2019

According to the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX), state-owned National Electricity Company (NEK) has launched works on the rehabilitation of its hydropower plant Sestrimo.

The works, which are expected to be completed by 22 July, will reduce the output of HPP Sestrimo by half, namely
