NPP Kozloduy appointed new CEO – Bulgaria, 11 August 2023

The Board of Directors of Bulgaria’s sole nuclear power plant Kozloduy decided to dismiss Georgi Kirkov from his post of the plant’s CEO and to elect Valentin Nikolov in his place.

Nikolov was Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism in 2012. Then he served as NPP Kozloduy CEO between 2012
