NPP Krsko received environmental permit for operational life extension – Slovenia, 17 January 2023

Slovenian Ministry of Environment announced that it has issued an environmental permit to the country’s sole nuclear power plant Krsko for the extension of its operational life until 2043.

The Minister of Environment Uros Brezan said that the procedure involved an environmental impact assessment
