New ruling on Trusina wind farm project – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 18 May 2023

The Higher Commercial Court in Banja Luka has overturned the first-instance verdict in which Croatian company Kermas Energija was ordered to pay more than 10.5 million euros to Serbian company Omega Plus, due to a failed joint project for the construction of the Trusina wind farm near Nevesinje.
