OMV Petrom acquired portfolio of 710 MW in solar projects – Romania, 29 June 2023

Romanian oil and gas company OMV Petrom agreed to acquire a number of solar projects in Romania with combined installed capacity of about 710 MW from Danish developer Jantzen Renewables.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024 when the projects will become shovel
