OMV Petrom will make no more downstream acquisitions in the next decade – Romania, 03 December 2019

The largest Romanian oil and gas company OMV Petrom, a part of Austrian OMV Group, said that it will not take over any fuel stations over the next decade, in order to get the Competition Council’s approval to take over smaller fuel distribution chain Art Petrol.
