Romgaz to stop gas supply to ELCEN Constanta – Romania, 31 August 2018

Romanian natural gas producer and supplier Romgaz announced that the non-payment of some 200,000 euros as agreed during the restructuring of the debt of local heat and electricity producer ELCEN Constanta will result in the disruption of gas supply to the company as of 1 September.
