STAR refinery to market initial products in January – Turkey, 27 December 2018

General Manager of STAR refinery, owned by State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Mesut Ilter said that the refinery will release its first products in January 2019 and is expected to reach its full production capacity in the beginning of the year.
