STAR refinery to reach its full capacity in early 2019 – Turkey, 02 October 2018

CEO of Turkish subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Zaur Gahramanov said that STAR oil refinery will reach its full production capacity in January 2019.
