STAR refinery to start commercial production next week – Turkey, 10 October 2018

Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez said that SOCAR’s STAR oil refinery, which has crude oil processing capacity of 10 million tons per year, should start commercial production next week. Refinery was put into trial operation in early August.
