Serbia spent 1.5 billion euros on electricity and gas imports – Serbia, 18 August 2022

Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Zorana Mihajlovic said that, so far in 2022, the country has spent around 1.5 billion euros on electricity and natural gas imports.

She noted that the amount is very high mostly due to increasing electricity prices on the European exchanges, which rose to 560
