Srbijagas acquired 80 % stake in Bijeljina-Gas – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 30 April 2019

Serbian state-owned gas company Srbijagas has acquired 80 % stake in Bijeljina-Gas, a company founded in 2009 for the purpose of the gasification of this city in the Republic of Srpska (RS).

Previously, 80 % stake was owned by Serbian company Novi Sad Gas, which had difficulties in providing fund
