Srbijagas became majority owner of RS-based Gas Promet – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 11 March 2019

Director of Serbian state-owned gas company Srbijagas Dusan Bajatovic and Milomir Draganic, Director of Gas Promet, gas company that operated in the Republic of Srpska (RS), have signed an agreement, according to which, Srbijagas became the majority owner of its Bosnian counterpart.
