TPAO applies for oil explorations in East Mediterranean – Turkey, 09 July 2021

Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez said that state-owned Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) has applied for a license to explore for crude oil in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The three areas where TPAO plans to carry out the exploration are in Turkish territorial waters
