Transgaz approved lower dividends – Romania, 07 June 2019

Shareholders of Romanian natural gas transmission system operator Transgaz have approved the distribution of dividends for the 2018 financial year in the amount of 4.6 euros/share. A month ago, company’s shareholders rejected Government’s proposal for dividend of 8.05 euros/share.
