Transgaz fined 7 million euros for procurement irregularities – Romania, 11 December 2020

The Romanian Competition Council rules that natural gas transmission system operator Transgaz has to pay a fine in the amount of 7 million euros or 1.85 % of the company’s 2019 turnover, for irregularities found in relation to procurement procedures carried out in 2011.
