Unit 5 of NPP Kozloduy taken offline for regular maintenance – Bulgaria, 03 May 2023

Bulgaria’s sole nuclear power plant Kozloduy announced that its 1,000 MW unit 5 was taken offline on 30 April for scheduled, regular maintenance and should be offline until the beginning of June.

The statement from the plant said that, during the downtime, unit 5 will undergo preventative technic
