CEO of Croatian oil company INA Zoltan Aldott, who has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board of MOL Group and member of the Supervisory Board of Slovnaft, announced his intention to step down as INA’s CEO after the General Assembly scheduled for June.
Hungarian MOL already announced that it would like to propose Sandor Fasimon as the new CEO of INA. Fasimon is a member of MOL’s Board of Directors since 2011 and would retain that position after the appointment at INA.
